Role Description

We're looking for a top-tier short-form content creator — someone who understands pacing, humor, storytelling, and platform dynamics at a professional level.

This role is built for ambitious creators who consistently deliver thumb-stopping videos, know how to hook an audience in the first second, and can translate everyday moments into highly shareable content.

You'll:

• Produce and post 14 high-quality videos each week
• Publish across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
• Create new social accounts specifically for this role (no need to use your personal pages)
• Work closely with Festa's marketing team to iterate quickly and develop a distinctive, memorable voice for the brand

This is a remote, contract role designed for creators who move fast, take initiative, and know how to build audience trust. The contract runs for 4 weeks, but we may invite top performing candidates to stay longer.

Compensation

We've structured compensation to reward creators who can drive real performance:

• $840 total for the 4-week contract (56 videos)
• Performance bonus: $100 for every 100,000 cumulative views generated across all platforms. Uncapped — the more traction your content drives, the more you earn
• Weekly prize: Festa awards one creator a $200 bonus each week based on a measurable performance metric

This structure is designed to ensure top performers are meaningfully rewarded.

Qualifications

We're looking for creators who meet a high bar:

• A proven track record of viral or consistently high-engagement short-form content
• Strong creative instincts, strong camera presence, and the ability to produce content people actually want to watch
• Fast execution without sacrificing quality
• Reliable, clear communication and willingness to iterate
• A modern smartphone equipped for HD video capture, plus editing tools like CapCut or InShot
