Desired Knowledge

Experience with end-to-end design, development and implementation of BSS (Business Support System) stack within Software, Business Information Services or Telecom

Exposure/Experience in the deployment / transformation leveraging Order Orchestration, Pricing, Billing and Revenue Recognition Systems.

Knowledge of Software, Information Services or Telecom standards and processes eTOM, TAM, and SID and experience designing and developing solution architecture

Should have full life cycle implementation experience of at least one BSS implementation (Amdocs, Oracle, NetCracker, Aria, Zuora, Monexa or Singleview).

Map business requirements to functional specifications, perform gap analysis and provide solutions for customer business requirements in BSS domain

Creating functional requirement specification, owning solution architecture design/ high level design for BSS systems

Prepare Interface Specification Design including data input, output and processing logic

Lead with target state visioning and planning efforts including Roadmap definition, Business & IT Alignment and target state process impact assessments

Experience leading a large program management office through an Order to Cash transformation.

Experience with leading vendors across the delivery lifecycle (solution delivery, testing, migration / conversion and release management.

Required

 8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience. Depth of telecommunications industry knowledge (i.e. wireless, wireline, mobile, broadband, IP, 4G network etc.)

 At least 2 years of experience managing large technology engagements

 A minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations

 A willingness to travel Mon-Thursday

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

 Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

 Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

 Eagerness to mentor junior staff

 A Bachelor's Degree

 An advanced degree in the area of specialization
