The Response Security Officer role at GardaWorld Security Services is a dynamic and adaptable position requiring a candidate who excels in managing varying tasks and assignments daily. This casual, flexible role is designed to support different missions, typically involving customer service, patrols, surveillance, and rapid response to incidents or events. Response Security Officers are stationed primarily at sites in Vacaville and Napa, California, with shifts scheduled as day/swing or swing/graveyard hours. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.50 with a DailyPay option for faster access to earnings. Employees are provided with a uniform at no cost, emphasizing the company’s professional standards and support for its team members.

In this role, a Response Security Officer must effectively monitor premises, conduct thorough patrols to detect suspicious activities, control access points by verifying identities, respond swiftly to emergencies, and maintain a high standard of customer service. The officer is also responsible for writing detailed reports on incidents and collaborating with authorities when necessary. The position demands strong problem-solving skills, quick thinking, and the ability to thrive in rapidly changing situations. Candidates with prior security, military, or law enforcement experience are highly valued, as well as those who possess a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and have completed the required 32-hour BSIS training.
