Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Monitor and respond to tickets in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to complex technical problems.

Maintain and update IT documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.

Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users on new technology and systems.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry.

Ensure the security and confidentiality of company data and information.

Assist with the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.

Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.

Adhere to company policies and procedures related to IT and data security.

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and maintenance.

Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT support.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
