- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support website optimization, CRM implementation, social media marketing, and lead generation efforts.
- Implement and manage ClickUp CRM for structured lead tracking, follow-ups, and progress reporting.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies on Instagram to connect with ideal clients through content marketing and DM outreach.
- Conduct lead outreach, follow up with potential clients, and schedule wellness consultations.
- Identify and establish collaborations with local businesses for referral partnerships.
Requirements
- Experienced in CRM tools (ClickUp preferred), social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
