Senior System Support Analyst

Job Overview

The Senior System Support Analyst will be responsible for designing configuring maintaining secure scalable cloud network infrastructures on Azure AWS.

• Monitor network performance availability across Azure AWS hybrid environments using tools such as Azure Network Watcher, CloudWatch SolarWinds.
• Design configure cloud network components including virtual networks subnets VPNs load balancers to ensure secure efficient connectivity.
• Analyze logs packet captures alerts identify remediate network issues perform problem resolution troubleshooting.
• Automate network provisioning enforce consistency using Infrastructure as Code IaC tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager ARM templates.
