Job Description

As a Remote Social Media Moderator at Global Media Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our clients’ online presence. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy while contributing to a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages.
Responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Identifying and addressing negative feedback or potential crises.
Creating and scheduling engaging social media content.
Analyzing social media performance and reporting on key metrics.
Staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
Proficiency in using social media management tools
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Previous experience as a social media moderator or similar role
Experience with social media analytics and reporting
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices
Fluency in English and Polish
