Gogo is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive business decisions and uncover actionable insights.
This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, technical proficiency, and the capacity to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

How will you make a difference?

• Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities in complex data sets to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare and present reports and findings to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Support data-driven projects by providing insights, recommendations, and predictive analysis
• Maintain documentation of methodologies, processes, and results for future reference
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• 2-4 years proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
  

Required Skills, Talents, & Experience

• Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
  

Preferred Skills, Talents, & Experience

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical modeling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Project management experience is a plus

Base Pay
68,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD Annual
Target Annual Short-Term Incentive
Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
