The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience leading product management teams.
- Experience with cybersecurity, cloud security, identity and access management.
- Experience working cross-functionally, partnering with groups such as engineering, product management, product marketing, UX, and UI.
- Master's in Computer Science or Business.
- 20 years of experience leading product management teams, creating successful enterprise software products and platforms and guided by customer empathy.
- Track record of mentoring and motivating to build the next generation of leaders.
- Strong organization, critical thinking, prioritization, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Domain expertise in AI/ML.

Responsibilities
- Define and convert a cohesive, differentiated product strategy and long-term vision for the Google Cloud Security Platform portfolio, capitalizing on opportunities in security, identity, and agentic AI. Evolve the platform to be AI-ready.
- Collaborate with engineering to establish and execute against a product roadmap designed to scale the business significantly, effectively managing multiple products.
- Build relationships with key internal partners to ensure identity and security solutions meet workload needs. Drive effective collaboration with strategic external partners.
- Partner effectively with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to define clear GTM strategies, enable the field, provide channels for customer acquisition, and accelerate business growth and adoption.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the Cloud Security Product Management team, building upon their current successes to unlock greater potential, foster innovation, and meet the demands of this high-growth space.
