- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications
- Master’s, PhD degree, further education or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science or other technical related field.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Experience problem-solving across distributed, fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

As a Program Manager, you’ll lead software engineering projects and influence teams that design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. Using your extensive program management and leadership expertise, you manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and driving the delivery of your programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation, and successful on-time delivery.
- Work on massive distributed, large-scale systems, storage solutions, applications, and new platforms.
- Develop processes to improve software engineering productivity.
- Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company.
