Responsibilities

Handle a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Advise and communicate with clients in a professional manner
Participate in hearings, negotiations, and court appearances as needed
Stay up to date on New Jersey family law developments

Qualifications

1–5 years of family law experience
New Jersey Bar admission required
Strong legal writing skills and the ability to manage cases independently, required
Family law clerkship or similar experience is a plus

The anticipated salary range for this role is $90,000-$130,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
