Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Occasional overtime as needed
Overview
Create high impact visuals across web, print, packaging, events, vehicles, and brand assets. Partner with the Marketing Manager, Sales, and an external marketing firm to deliver polished, on brand work that supports business goals.
What You Will Do
Creative production
  • Translate client and internal requests into clear concepts, layouts, and final designs
  • Produce graphics, logos, illustrations, and imagery for products and digital channels
  • Present drafts, iterate on feedback, and secure approvals
  • Proof and prepare files for print production and web publishing
Project execution
  • Plan timelines, manage multiple projects, and deliver on deadline
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Web Development to align assets, specs, and standards
  • Maintain brand guidelines and contribute to improving them over time
  • Collaborate with the broader creative team to ensure consistency and quality
Responsibilities may be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

  • Creative is accurate, on brand, and delivered on time
  • Stakeholders get clear options and smooth revisions, not chaos and guesswork
  • Files are production ready with minimal rework
  • You spot issues early and solve them before they become expensive
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven design experience with a strong portfolio
  • Strong visual, conceptual, and layout skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
  • Clear communication and comfort presenting work and receiving feedback
  • Organized, deadline focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and solid problem solving habits
  • Awareness of social media and current design trends
Education And Experience
  • Bachelor’s in Graphic Design or related field
  • One to three years of relevant experience or training
Physical Requirements
  • Office setting with standard computer and phone use
