Working Student Founders Associate (Marketing & Strategy)

At Growably, we build sharp, strategic, high-converting websites for some of the most exciting B2B SaaS companies in Europe. As a Working Student – Founders Associate, you’ll work directly with the founders and support them across our website projects, strategic initiatives, and content creation.

This role gives you a unique window into the heart of Europe’s SaaS ecosystem – and a chance to grow beyond the usual student job.

  Support the founders in their day-to-day operations – from research to structuring ideas to preparing client materials

  Track timelines, deliverables, and project workflows – ensuring our agency operations run smoothly

  Help define landing page structures and website funnels – tailored to the goals of fast-growing SaaS companies

  
  


• 
  

  Write thought leadership content for LinkedIn – helping us share what we’re learning and building

  
  

Jump in where needed – no two days are the same, and that’s what makes it exciting

Qualifikation

• 
  

  You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program – ideally in business, marketing, communications, or similar

  
  


• 
  

  You’ve already gained first experience as a working student or intern in marketing, strategy, or startups

  
  


• 
  

  You’re curious about B2B SaaS, eager to learn, and want to understand how great software products grow

  
  


• 
  

  **You’re organized, proactive, and not afraid to take ownership

  You write clearly, think fast, and are confident communicating in both English and German
