Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Educational Affairs Specialist with 3–6 years of proven experience in educational program management, learner support, and academic operations. This role goes beyond traditional academic coordination – it requires someone who is tech-savvy, up to date with the latest EdTech tools, and able to leverage automation to streamline processes and enhance the learner experience.

You will play a vital role in ensuring academic quality, monitoring performance, and designing interactive, technology-driven learning activities that align with international educational standards.

What You'll Do

• · Evaluate teacher performance and conduct regular learner assessments.
• · Maintain academic records, achievement portfolios, and performance reports.
• · Deliver tailored language support sessions (conversation and reinforcement).
• · Organize and manage cultural and educational events with strong learner engagement.
• · Collaborate with teachers to maintain effective learning environments and resources.
• · Propose and organize seminars with guest experts in Arabic language education.
• · Design and implement interactive activities using modern digital tools.
• · Contribute academic and cultural content to the academy's website and LMS.
• · Utilize automation tools for reporting, certification, and learner communications.
• · Ensure alignment with international standards (e.g., CEFR, ACTFL).

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred).
2. 3–6 years of professional experience in education, linguistics, or academic operations.
3. Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or similar).
4. Proficiency in task management and reporting tools (ClickUp, Trello, Power BI, Google Sheets automation).
5. Experience in developing digital learning activities and interactive content (Kahoot, Quizlet, Mentimeter, etc.).
6. Strong background in learner assessment and educational quality assurance.
7. Excellent communication, reporting, and cross-functional coordination skills.
8. A growth mindset, willing to innovate and optimize processes through technology.
