We are excited to recruit for this pivotal Director - AI Sales Enablement role to ensure the continued development of our go-to-market knowledge and expertise. You will serve as a Knowledge Lead and a trusted AI Force Multiplier , playing a key role in translating our AI platform into practical value for restaurant and hotel operators.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Director - AI Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for ensuring our go-to-market teams deeply understand how hospitality operators run their businesses day-to-day. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Hospitality Expertise: Teaching the team how to talk about big industry problems—like high turnover, rising labor costs, and complex compliance laws—to show how Harri solves them.
  • Product Mastery: Designing and rolling out the curriculum that makes new and existing sellers domain experts on our products and the solutions that drive demand.
  • Certification & Quality: Certifying team members and adjusting training materials to ensure we deliver highly competent sellers to the field.
  • Storytelling: Taking real wins from customers, like major hotel brands and QSR groups, and turning them into simple stories that help the sales team close deals.
  • AI Innovation: Finding and setting up AI tools to help the team work more efficiently, including using AI to write better emails, summarize meetings, and create training materials.
  • Playbook Development: Creating and updating the guides, talk-tracks, and "battle cards" our team uses every day to win against competitors.

More About You: What Can You Bring?

We are looking for a Hospitality Insider who is an AI Enthusiast with a proven track record of simplifying complex technical features into exciting customer benefits. You will be passionate about delivering successful outcomes and possess:

  • 5+ years in or around the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical features simply.
  • AI Proficiency: Active experience using AI (like ChatGPT, Claude, or meeting assistants) to be more productive and the ability to teach others.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: The ability to build content, lead training, and measure results independently without needing a large team.
  • Technical Savvy: Comfort learning new software quickly and showing others how to get the most out of the Harri platform.
  • Global Collaboration: Experience working in a cross-functional environment to scale knowledge and improve consistency.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience with Workforce Management, compliance, or restaurant/hotel operations is strongly preferred.

When and Where You'll Be Doing It

  • Position: Full-time
  • Location: This role is based in NYC.
  • Salary: The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 USD depending on experience.
