Nature's Best – a leading UK vitamins and supplements brand within the Procter & Gamble family – is looking for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to help elevate its digital presence and drive measurable growth across core social platforms.

This is a hands-on role where you'll create high-performing content, collaborate closely with paid media teams, and work with agency partners to deliver campaigns that blend creativity, science, and strong brand storytelling.

What you'll do

• Lead social media planning, content creation, and day-to-day execution across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Create engaging content, including short-form video, carousels, educational assets, and UGC-style creatives.
• Manage agency and creator partners to ensure all content is on-brand and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with paid media teams to optimise creative performance for both awareness and conversion.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Stay ahead of social trends, platforms, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and keep the brand culturally relevant.
• Support the development of a consistent, high-quality social presence that blends credibility, storytelling, and commercial impact.
