As a Business Planner with advanced AI and process transformation expertise in the Home Printing Systems Category, you will harness artificial intelligence, data science, and strategic planning to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence globally. Position Overview Partner with global and market teams to develop, refine, and execute business plans for the Home Print Systems (HPS) Category, leveraging AI-powered analytics and modeling. Drive process transformation by evaluating current operating models, identifying inefficiencies, and designing performance improvement initiatives using AI and automation. Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Provide actionable insights and recommendations using AI tools to guide 4P (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) strategies and optimize business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, support transformation initiatives, and promote adoption of AI solutions. Create content, leveraging AI, for reviews with management Key Competencies AI-Driven Strategic Analysis: Apply advanced analytical and machine learning techniques to evaluate business cases, assess market opportunities, and inform strategic decisions. Process Transformation: Assess current state operating models, design and implement performance improvement initiatives, and drive organizational change leveraging AI and automation. Change Management: Develop and execute strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Business Acumen: Demonstrate deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and partner capabilities to drive effective planning and execution with AI insights. Education and Experience 5 years of experience in business planning, finance, marketing, business development, or category management, with demonstrated expertise in AI, data analytics, and process transformation. Proven track record of success in delivering results and achieving goals as an individual contributor. Demonstrated ability to use AI, data science, and analytics to manage projects or processes and lead transformation initiatives. Strong customer empathy and experience in partner engagement. Experience presenting quantitative information, AI-driven recommendations, and transformation insights to stakeholders. Skills Advanced proficiency in AI, machine learning, financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and process transformation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills. Ability to simplify complex problems and present clear, actionable AI-driven and transformation solutions. Strong relationship management and consulting skills. Experience leading large, time-sensitive projects or work streams using AI and process automation. Ability to identify emerging trends and make actionable business recommendations with AI and transformation support. Comfortable working in a multicultural environment. Salary: The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $130,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
