They are seeking a Senior Director of IT and Security Operations to lead their enterprise technology infrastructure and security programs, ensuring resilience, scalability, and security while driving operational excellence across systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for IT and security operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IT and security professionals
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, and standards for IT and cybersecurity
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and end-user computing
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of systems supporting business operations
• Drive automation, modernization, and efficiency initiatives across IT services
• Lead the organization’s cybersecurity program, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Implement and maintain security controls, monitoring systems, and compliance frameworks
• Partner with risk management and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
• Work closely with business leaders to understand technology needs and deliver secure, reliable solutions
• Serve as the primary liaison with external vendors, auditors, and regulators for IT and security matters
• Communicate risks, strategies, and progress to executive leadership and the board
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, cyber threats, and industry best practices
• Champion a culture of security awareness and operational excellence across the organization
• Drive metrics, reporting, and KPIs to measure IT and security performance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in technology or 12+ years of related experience
• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior management roles
• Proven track record in managing enterprise IT operations and security programs
• Strong knowledge of operations, networking, and enterprise applications
• Expertise in security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• US Citizenship required
