MS Intune Administrator

Job Overview:*
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MS Intune Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions. The MS Intune Administrator will be responsible for configuring, managing, and supporting mobile device and application management solutions, ensuring security and compliance for our enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities

• *Mobile Device Management (MDM):* Manage and administer Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, policy configurations, device compliance, and security policies across the organization's mobile devices.
• *Mobile Application Management (MAM):* Configure and manage applications deployed via Intune, ensuring smooth deployment, updates, and removals. Handle app protection policies and troubleshoot app-related issues.
• *Policy Creation & Management:* Design, implement, and manage device security policies, configuration profiles, conditional access, and compliance policies to ensure a secure mobile environment.
• *User & Group Management:* Administer user access and permissions, utilizing Azure AD for integration and role-based access controls. Ensure users are properly enrolled in Intune and have the appropriate access based on policies.
• *Troubleshooting & Support:* Provide tier 2/3 technical support for device-related issues. Troubleshoot Intune-related issues, including device enrollment, app deployment, compliance violations, and connectivity issues.
• *Security & Compliance:* Ensure that Intune policies align with the company's security requirements, including data protection, encryption, remote wipe, and conditional access. Regularly monitor compliance reports and take action to resolve non-compliant devices.
• *Documentation & Reporting:* Maintain detailed documentation of all Intune configurations, policies, and processes. Provide regular reporting on device health, app deployment status, and compliance status to senior management.
• *Integration & Collaboration:* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT security, infrastructure, network) to ensure seamless integration of Intune with other enterprise systems, such as Azure AD, Microsoft Defender, and other security tools.
• *Training & Awareness:* Train end-users on mobile security best practices, device management policies, and usage guidelines. Assist with the rollout of new mobile security initiatives.
  

• *Experience:* 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Intune, MDM, MAM, and Enterprise Mobility Management solutions.
• *Technical Expertise:* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune configuration, policy creation, compliance management, and integration with other Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• *Security Knowledge:* Familiarity with security best practices for mobile device management, including device encryption, data loss prevention (DLP), conditional access, VPN, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• *Azure Active Directory:* Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) integration and user/group management for conditional access and security policies.
• *Troubleshooting Skills:* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device management and application deployment issues.
• *Certifications:* Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (or similar) certifications are a plus.
• *Communication Skills:* Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with team members, end users, and other stakeholders.
  

• Experience in integrating Microsoft Intune with other endpoint management solutions such as SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) or third-party EMM solutions.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and their integration with Intune.
• Experience in working with PowerShell scripting for Intune automation and custom configurations.
• Knowledge of other security tools like Microsoft Defender, Endpoint Protection, or other endpoint security solutions
