Inception is expanding its Investment AI Platform team to support the development and go-to-market of the Investment Companion and Board Observer solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to act as the bridge between product, data science, engineering, and commercial teams who can translate business needs into actionable deliverables, preparing materials for client demos, and ensuring seamless coordination across product and delivery streams.

Inception is the UAE's national-scale enabler in AI Research and Development. Partnering with Microsoft's AI SaaS, we offer domain-specific Agentic AI Orchestrator platform utilizing reasoning agents for precise and cost-effective services. Our focus includes AI incubation, IP creation, applied AI R&D, and AI investment products. By creating models tailored to specific domains and languages, we ensure superior accuracy and efficiency. Collaborating with top universities and industry giants to drive significant advancements in AI technology within the region.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to prepare client demos, product decks, and training materials.
Support product roadmap tracking and feature documentation
Manage data collection and business requirements for AI-enabled workflows in private markets (Investment memo generation, valuation dashboards, portfolio analytics).
Support competitive benchmarking, investor presentations, and external communication packs.
Maintain and regularly update a central repository of artefacts (user stories, mock-ups, demo feedback).
Provide coordination support across global teams and external partners
Organise and lead a weekly cadence with Investment AI leadership to support and update on ongoing engagements

Qualifications

Skills and attributes for success

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven financial products highly desirable.
Work experience in a Fintech is plus
4–7 years' experience in business analysis, management consulting, or investment/finance project delivery.
Strong capability in presentation design and storytelling for executive audiences.
Familiarity with investment life cycle in private markets (private equity and private credit) including but not limited to deal sourcing, Due diligence, valuation workflows.
Working knowledge of office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Power BI Copilot, etc.) a plus.
Background in a fintech firm or financial industry (private equity, asset management, investment banking) is required.
