Insight Global is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist for one of our largest clients in Pittsburgh, PA. Our client is looking for this IT Specialist to assist with end-users support along with the office hardware and software. This person will need to have great communication skills and will be working with various members in the office. This person will need to ensure office AV equipment is in good working order for meetings and events. They will be providing support for personal computers, printers, and operating systems as well. On a day-to-day they will be using ServiceNow for ticketing purposes as well as updating and closing out tickets. This team is looking for someone with a great personality, a critical thinker, someone who is self-motivated, can handle a fast-paced environment and can come in and hit the ground running.
