We're looking for a talented and proactive Marketing Specialist to support and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day and wants to have a big impact across both services and SaaS.
Role Overview
As a Marketing Specialist, you'll work closely with the Sales Manager to implement marketing strategies and support business growth. You'll manage our websites, assist with outbound campaigns, create digital content, and help enable our sales and partner teams. You'll wear many hats and have the opportunity to shape two growing brands. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role ideal for someone who's comfortable working independently but values collaboration and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Website Support & Management
🔹 Messaging & Content Creation
- Support the development of brand messaging and positioning
- Create marketing content such as landing pages, blog posts, email campaigns, sales one-pagers, and product overviews
- Assist with production of demo videos, customer stories, and explainer content
🔹 Campaign Execution
- Launch and manage outbound campaigns
- Set up email sequences and lead capture forms
- Work with sales to improve lead qualification and handoff processes
🔹 Partner & Channel Enablement
- Help maintain Salesforce AppExchange listings
- Support creation of co-marketing materials, battlecards, and other enablement content
Requirements
- 3+ years in a B2B marketing role (preferably in SaaS, consulting, or tech)
- Experience supporting websites (Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS tools)
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation and outbound tools like HubSpot, Apollo.io, etc
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and juggling multiple projects
- Highly organized and self-motivated
Preferred
- Experience in or around the Salesforce ecosystem
- Exposure to PSA, RevOps, or iPaaS tools
- Understanding of professional services delivery workflows
