YOUR MISSION

As Magic Apps' Social Media Growth & Marketing Lead, your job is to take over social media by making our ads impossible to miss. You'll be starting from a blank slate - our apps don't yet have an established brand presence, and it's your job to make them known.

You'll grow our consumer apps in wellness, fitness and lifestyle through paid and organic campaigns that hit both the top and bottom of the funnel.

You'll build the systems and the creative engine that let us test and distribute thousands of pieces of content every month. Working closely with our product team, editors, designers, and performance marketers, you'll produce, test, and scale content that drives results across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Meta.

This role suits someone who understands the psychology behind short-form content, is chronically online, lives and breathes social media, and knows how to turn views into downloads.

DAY TO DAY

Plan, launch, and optimise paid and organic campaigns across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Meta
Build the infrastructure and systems to test thousands of creative variations each month
Create, brief, and iterate content ideas that perform at both top and bottom of the funnel
Research app categories, trends, and top performing competitor ads to stay ahead of creative patterns
Work with UGC creators, editors, and performance marketers to produce content that converts
Analyse results daily, kill what doesn't work fast, and scale what performs
Develop and refine hooks, scripts, and ad angles using data from testing cycles
Manage influencer and affiliate partnerships that drive downloads and engagement
Collaborate with product teams to align creative direction with user data and retention insights
Stay sharp on platform algorithms, ad tools, and emerging media formats

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in social growth, paid media, or app marketing
Deep understanding of short-form content psychology and what drives awareness and conversion
Proven ability to generate concepts that lead to downloads and sales
Strong command of paid ad performance metrics, funnels, and testing frameworks
Hands-on and operational - builds, briefs, and launch quickly
Entrepreneurial mindset - experiments daily, adapts fast, and owns outcomes
Comfortable managing high-volume campaigns and creator pipelines

Bonus Points

Experience launching or scaling mobile apps
Knowledge of AI tools for creative automation and iteration
Existing network of UGC creators or affiliates or tired and tested systems i.e Billio.app
