Job Description

Administer and maintain Profisee Master Data Management (MDM) platform across development, test, and production environments.

Perform server maintenance, OS patching, and Profisee application upgrades to ensure platform stability and compliance.

Deploy and configure Profisee services, including integration with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.

Monitor platform health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive fixes for high availability.

Manage security and access controls, including integration with Active Directory/SSO and certificate management.

Automate operational tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Python) and configuration management tools for deployments and patching.

Handle incident and change management: root cause analysis, documentation, and on-call support for production systems.

Collaborate with data governance, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Maintain detailed documentation and runbooks for deployments, upgrades, and operational procedures.

Support disaster recovery and backup strategies for Profisee platform and associated components.
