Role Overview

We are looking for a high-caliber Security Manager with deep Healthcare IT expertise to lead enterprise security services. You will oversee a complex security stack-including IGA, PAM, and EDR-while ensuring strict adherence to healthcare regulatory standards like HIPAA.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Delinea, Entra ID, Imprivata, Tenable, and CrowdStrike.
• Healthcare Expertise: Proven experience in Healthcare IT environments, understanding clinical workflows, and HIPAA compliance.
• Leadership: 12+ years in InfoSec with strong governance, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Education/Certifications: CISSP or CISM (Highly Preferred). Vendor certs (SailPoint, Microsoft, CrowdStrike) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Identity & Access Management: Oversee SailPoint (IGA), Delinea/Azure PIM (PAM), and Entra ID/Imprivata (Identity lifecycle & clinical authentication).
• Vulnerability & Endpoint Security: Manage Tenable and CrowdStrike for scanning, remediation, EDR, and threat detection.
• Security Operations: Lead Adlumin and Microsoft Security Suite for DLP, Email Security, and platform administration.
• Healthcare Governance: Ensure security initiatives align with HIPAA and healthcare workflows (EHR/Clinical systems).
• Stakeholder Management: Drive WSR, MSR, and QBR sessions; manage client expectations and ensure contractual SLA compliance.
• Leadership: Mentor a technical team and lead incident response and risk mitigation strategies.
