Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for incoming inquiries from Veterans and clinics
  • Process and monitor orders for medical equipment and supplies such as hearing aids, prosthetic devices, and telehealth equipment
  • Ensure order accuracy, verify shipping information, and confirm patient eligibility
  • Guide the clinician through the remote order entry system
  • Conducting model changes
  • Device registration
  • Making serial number changes
  • Telehealth service entry procedures
  • Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards and policies

Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • Strong orientation towards customer service
  • Experience with report writing and file administration
  • Request appropriate warehouse supplies
  • Experience with timecard administration and scheduling
  • Able to obtain a VA Public Trust clearance
  • U.S Citizenship is required
  • Military Veterans and HUBZone candidates are highly encouraged to apply
