What you'll be doing

• Working directly with experienced traders and researchers on live markets
• Developing strong analytical and technical capabilities
• Using Python to analyse data, prototype ideas, and support research or operational improvements
• Gaining commercial awareness across a broad range of global futures products
• Contributing to projects that enhance pricing models, trading strategies, and operational processes
  

Who we're looking for

• Recent graduates (0–3 years' experience) from STEM, Economics, Finance, or other quantitative disciplines
• Strong problem-solvers with a genuine interest in financial markets
• Comfortable working with data; Python programming skills are strongly preferred
• Clear communicators who enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced environment
