Position Overview

We are seeking a freelance remote Social Media Content Creator (UGC) to manage and grow Just Sweet’s Instagram and TikTok accounts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience creating engaging content, understands current trends, and knows how to use social media platforms to drive brand awareness, interaction, and customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, create, and post content (videos, reels, stories, and photos) for Instagram and TikTok, with a minimum of 1 post per day.

· Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt them to align with our brand voice.

· Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and tags.

· Propose and implement creative strategies to increase visibility and encourage viral reach.

· Monitor and report on content performance, including growth, reach, and engagement.

· Collaborate with the team to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

· Plan content in advance using a simple content calendar to maintain consistent posting.

Maintain brand consistency in visual tone, and messages across all posts.

Qualifications

· Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts (brand or personal).

· Strong understanding of short-form video content and trending formats.

· Basic editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Canva, TikTok Studio or similar tools).

· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Experience as a UGC (User-Generated Content) creator or influencer is strongly preferred.

· Portfolio that demonstrates high-quality short-form video content for social media.

Role Details

· Job Type: 1099 independent contractor (monthly retainer).

· Schedule: Flexible, remote, must post daily.

· Compensation: Up to $1200.00 per month (1099 contractor), based on experience and portfolio.

· Deliverable: Approximately 30-31 posts per month across Instagram and TikTok.

· Opportunity to extend the contract and increase compensation based on performance and results.
