Roles and Responsibilities

– Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.

– Produce and distribute correspondence, letters, faxes, and forms.

– Provide information by answering questions and requests from clients and colleagues.

– Maintain both computer and manual filing systems to ensure easy access to information.

– Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care.

– Respond to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries in a timely manner.

– Review applications for accuracy and completeness.

– Enter application data into the enrollment database and run reports based on applications received.

Qualifications & Skills

– Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.

– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

– Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

– Strong organizational and planning abilities.

– Proficient in MS Office.
