As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience from the moment they step into the hotel. Your primary responsibility is to warmly welcome guests, assist with any immediate needs, and provide a guided orientation of the hotel facilities and services. This role is vital in creating a memorable and seamless guest experience that reflects our hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude upon arrival.
- Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and general information about the hotel and its services.
- Offer to accompany guests to key areas such as reception, elevators, restaurants, spa, or meeting rooms.
- Ensure the lobby area is always presentable and guest-ready.
- Coordinate with the front desk, concierge, and bell service teams to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
- Provide information about local attractions, transport options, and hotel promotions.
- Monitor guest needs in the lobby and proactively offer assistance.
- Handle special requests and ensure VIP or long-staying guests are given personalized attention.
- Maintain a strong presence in the lobby to ensure guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and attended to at all times.
- Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism with guest interactions.
