This Is How You WOW
- Reporting & Data Maintenance
- Update and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports using existing DAR templates.
- Enter, organize, and maintain data in Google Sheets according to defined procedures.
- Pull basic reports or data extracts from systems such as SAP, Körber WMS, ADP, or Kardex using view-only access.
- Perform simple data checks (completeness, formatting, missing fields) and escalate discrepancies to the Analyst or Manager.
- Maintain consistent formatting, naming conventions, and file organization within shared folders.
- Support ad hoc data pulls by following step-by-step guidance and ensuring accuracy.
- Team Support
- Assist in keeping reporting tools, trackers, and documentation current and organized.
- Help update SOPs, tracker instructions, or screenshots as reporting processes evolve.
- Provide basic support to team members and end users on using templates or entering data correctly.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with reporting expectations.
- Systems & Administrative Support
- Navigate operational systems to retrieve standard reports or reference data.
- Maintain version control and proper documentation for templates and reporting files.
- Support month-end or peak-cycle reporting by preparing datasets and performing routine updates.
- Ensure confidentiality and care when working with sensitive or business-critical information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or coursework in business, operations, analytics, or related fields preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive reporting tasks.
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain consistent documentation standards.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems with provided training.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for basic documentation and teamwork.

- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually high, proper protective equipment is required.
