Position Overview:

We're looking for a contract Social Media Manager to lead organic social media efforts across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok for multiple brands. You'll own content planning, day-to-day publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking with a strong focus on storytelling, consistency, and growth.

This position begins at approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential to increase up to 30 hours/week as workload expands. With several new proposals pending, there's a possibility this role will transition into a full-time position in 2026.

What You'll Do

Lead Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain tailored social strategies and content calendars for each brand.
Create & Curate Content: Collaborate with internal teams and creatives to produce compelling visuals and copy for posts, stories, and reels.
Manage Daily Execution: Publish content, monitor performance, and adapt based on analytics and platform trends.
Engage the Community: Respond to comments, DMs, and tagged content to maintain an active, authentic presence for each brand.
Measure & Report: Provide detailed monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
Stay Current: Track emerging trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to keep content relevant.
Project Management: Oversee timelines, content approvals, and campaign launches across multiple brands with precision and polish.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of professional social media management experience, ideally managing multiple accounts or brands
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of organization across multiple workflows and brands
Demonstrated ability to capture and maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetic
Proficiency with tools including Notion, Brandwatch, and Sprout Social or similar platforms
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Comfortable managing content calendars, deliverables, and deadlines across teams and time zones
