Art Director

For our client, we are seeking a Art Director to join the team of a leader in the Media space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Media space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $139,200 – $198,800 annually.
Responsibilities

• Drive art direction from concept through launch across all media channels
• Translate brand strategies into compelling visual concepts with the Senior Creative Director
• Oversee creative efforts for paid media channels
• Review daily deliverables and provide actionable feedback to creatives
• Lead visual execution of photo and video shoots
• Cooperate with external creative partners to meet quality criteria
• Develop creative systems for efficient team workflow
• Mentor designers to enhance their skills and contributions
  

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in art direction or design in agency, branding studio, or startup
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality visual work and high-volume digital assets
• Exceptional design execution ability and keen aesthetic sense
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of design systems
• Experience in art directing photo and video shoots
• Strong systems-thinking for scalable design frameworks
• Eager to create bold and innovative visual work
• Collaborative communicator with ability to work cross-functionally
