Design Director - US Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Design Director - US Remote to join the team of a leader in the Media space. As a Design Director - US Remote, you'll play a key role driving outcomes across the Media organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve meaningful problems and deliver results. This role offers visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $155,100 – $190,000 annually.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across projects
• Define the aesthetic standards for visual design
• Lead hands-on as a player-coach, sketching and designing with the team
• Pioneer solutions for creative vision on digital products
• Mentor and cultivate talent within the design team
• Build trust with clients and present complex strategies clearly
• Translate strategic insights into effective visual languages
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in design and interactive work for top brands
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Mastery of Figma and familiarity with collaboration tools
• Strong knowledge in visual design and brand development
