Position Overview

The IT Solutions Analyst is responsible for the upkeep and assisting in the enhancements, and support of the organization's cloud-based business systems, including:

  • Salesforce CRM and Pardot (Account Engagement)
  • CRM Related Systems (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Introhive and PeoplePath)
  • Legal Conflicts and Compliance System (iManage, MCO, Diligent and Deloitte)
  • Expert Platform (ProSapient)
  • Giving/Payroll Deductions Application (Benevity)
  • Marketing Related Systems (Mobilio and Ceros)

This role works closely with senior members on the team to maintain and deploy need solutions to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous Learning & Innovation
  • Engage in self-learning to explore new features in related technologies, identify process improvement opportunities, and suggest enhancements that will improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Research, design, develop, and maintain team content and capabilities.
  • Identify and action opportunities for automation and process optimization. Continual self-upskilling.
  • Performance Monitoring & Solution Maintenance
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal operation. Respond to system alerts, compliance issues, and support tickets related to your product and service lines.
  • Triage and resolve production incidents, escalating as needed.
  • Tier 3 Support: Support for all service offerings
  • Oversee daily upkeep of existing systems according to best practices.
  • Deployment and delivery of new projects
  • Possesses a working sense of gathering information and preparing ahead of time. Ability to share his/her thoughts and ideas about a new project with the team leader and team members before the project starts.
  • Possesses a good work ethic and work habits with the ability to deliver high quality work successfully and on time.
  • Does not avoid problems encountered in the project and is able to report problems he/she identifies to the team in a timely manner with sound advice.
  • Possesses a good sense of risk control and the ability to submit change requests in a timely manner at various key points in the deployment.
  • Deploy manage business solutions to our production environments following the IT and security standards.
  • User Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users on new technologies and systems.
  • Documentation & Collaboration
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for IT processes and procedures.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions with cross‑functional teams.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Coordinating with external vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Cloud Platform Administration: Intermediate knowledge of administering platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar SaaS tools.
  • Proficiency in Scripting Languages: Strong ability in using the common programing languages like: Python, Java, Apex, or PowerShell
  • Workflow Automations: Can create, configure, and test a workflow using the design created by a senior member of the team.
  • Data Fluency: Ability to run queries with SQL and the basic data concepts like field types. Exposure to tools like Power BI, Excel, and the systems built in reporting tools.
  • Development Fundamentals: Comfortable with fundamental daily work tools and practices, including basic version control and the application of foundational development principles like modular design and reusability.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and translate technical content for end users. Working with senior members to document the requirements from stakeholders, participating in agile ceremonies, and documenting runbooks or data-flow diagrams. Progressive communication skills and experience working cross‑functionally.
  • AI Knowledge: Progressing skills in AI to efficiently craft clear, targeted prompts for AI tools to obtain accurate and relevant outputs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Analytical Mindset: Good SQL proficiency; ability to profile data, validate quality, and troubleshoot pipeline failures.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Basic understanding of CI/CD Pipeline to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Vendor toolsets: Exposure to the core tools our vendor supplies us to action tasks and working with senior members of the team to determine the best tool to use to solve the business problem.
  • Salesforce Trailhead Level of Expeditioner and / or Salesforce related certifications

Professional Experience And Teamwork

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Working language is English only
  • Able to support global/regional projects, including early/late calls and occasional travel.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience supporting enterprise cloud-based enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, etc.), and 1 year working with Salesforce.
  • Participation in global/regional cross-time-zone meetings required.

  • L.E.K. Consulting has a hybrid work model in place for our U.S. offices.
  • In California, Illinois, Massachusetts, and New York, the base salary is between $75,000 - $85,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level. L.E.K. also offers a performance bonus, profit sharing and other benefits.
