The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support a critical data enhancement initiative. This role involves entering data inputs from sourcing documentation or systems, a thorough QA/QC review, and updating and maintaining our system of record Archer to ensure complete and accurate data capture.

This is a hybrid schedule with the Los Angeles, CA office.
The Responsibilities

• Update the system of record with prewritten risk and control statements.
• Assist in reviewing risk and control data records to identify missing data inputs.
• Track and monitor the progress of data capture, entry, and validation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated and efficient process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the data entry lifecycle.
• Additional adhoc projects as needed.
  

The Qualifications

• At least 2 years of office or client service experience
• Banking or financial services experience.
• Strong data entry skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $35.88/hour - $38.46/hour
