Customs Clearance and Procurement Executive
LESSOJob Responsibilities In accordance with the relevant requirements of the group headquarters for procurement management, organize and manage the local team to complete the customs clearance and delivery of raw materials, equipment and goods.Work closely with the headquarters to supervise the local company's work in areas such as raw materials, asset equipment, low-value consumables, service outsourcing, and import and export logistics.Be responsible for developing and managing suppliers and maintaining good cooperative relationships.Understand market quotations, conduct market research and cost analysis to control procurement costs.Manage the procurement progress of contracts and the supply cycle to ensure the quality, quantity of goods supplied and the arrival time.Track the pickup status, in-transit status, port arrival time and customs declaration time of international and domestic freight forwarders.Handle the reconciliation and payment settlement with suppliers.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors such as international trade and supply chain management; proficiency in English and Chinese as a working language.Understand the requirements and processes of procurement and overseas customs clearance.Master professional knowledge and processes such as supplier development, international transportation and cost accounting.Possess good communication skills, a willingness to learn and make progress, as well as certain organizational and management capabilities.Show proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and ability to work under pressure.Be willing to work on overseas assignments.Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred.
