They are seeking a Microsoft Azure Partner Sales Leader to drive Azure-driven growth across North America, focusing on high-value cloud opportunities and building partnerships with Microsoft and client executives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust sales plan for Microsoft Azure within target accounts
- Drive pipeline growth and lead end-to-end sales cycles from origination to closure
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Position LTIMindtree as a strategic SI partner through strong collaboration with Microsoft account teams
- Define win strategies, qualification criteria, and competitive positioning
- Lead negotiations and ensure seamless transition to delivery teams
- Represent LTIMindtree in joint go-to-market initiatives with Microsoft
- Secure client endorsements, references, and press opportunities to amplify success stories
Skills
- 20+ years in IT Services Sales/Consulting with a strong foundation in enterprise technology solutions
- Minimum 10+ years in Cloud Sales/ Partner Sales, with a proven track record of driving Microsoft Azure growth across large enterprise accounts
- At least 5+ years in an executive leadership role in a dedicated Azure Partner Sales, leading strategic sales initiatives and managing high-performing teams and owning P&L
- Deep expertise in consultative selling, influencing senior client stakeholders and shaping strategic decisions at the C-suite level
- Extensive network within the Microsoft Azure Partner Sales ecosystem, leveraging partnerships to create joint go-to-market strategies
- Knowledge and understanding of the funding mechanism
- Demonstrated success in originating and closing multi-million-dollar Azure deals, engaging Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) at both established and emerging clients
- Strong stakeholder management skills, navigating complex client and partner environments
- Ability to craft compelling value propositions, working closely with Microsoft teams to align on latest offerings and market trends
- Proven experience in negotiation and deal closure, ensuring smooth transition to delivery teams for successful execution
- Proven Team management experience of handling teams both on site and offshore on locations
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
