Key Details

• Pay: $25.00 per hour
• Benefits: Medical and Dental Insurance; PTO; Employee Assistance Program; On-site Gym
• Location: Our office is in the Olympic Mills building in Central Eastside Portland. We cover the cost of parking. There is also a locking bike room available.
• Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote (Portland, OR)
• Reports To: Strategic Marketing Director

Who You Are: You’re an execution focused creative who thrives on producing high quality work consistently and on deadline. You have a strong visual eye, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand direction into compelling content across multiple channels.
Other Qualifications Include

• Several years of experience in marketing, design, or creative content roles
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to translate brand direction into custom artwork that fits Lucky Jack’s aesthetic
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and digital campaign execution
• Ability to write short form, on brand marketing copy for digital channels
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  

What You’ll Do
This is an execution driven role focused on bringing the Strategic Marketing Director’s marketing strategy to life through visual and written content.
A Typical Day Will Include

• Designing on brand marketing assets for email, SMS, social media, web, and wholesale channels
• Creating custom illustrations and graphics for product packaging, e-commerce listings, and promotional materials
• Supporting email marketing campaigns with strong visual assets and creative variants
• Producing simple video content and social media clips
• Writing short form marketing copy aligned with Lucky Jack’s rugged, practical brand voice
• Updating and maintaining visual content on the Shopify website
• Supporting product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Collaborating closely with the Strategic Marketing Director and marketing team to execute projects
• Maintaining consistency with brand guidelines across all creative output
• Other duties as assigned
