Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML leader to join our Customer Success organization. As a Senior AI/ML Lead, you will help shape advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions for our clients in the CPG and retail sectors.
This role blends technical depth with business impact: you’ll lead applied AI/ML initiatives, design and deploy GenAI-enabled solutions, and guide teams to deliver measurable business value. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, while coaching and mentoring teams to scale delivery excellence.
The role is based in the New Jersey / New York area (commutable to Newark, NJ).
