Maxwell Home Inspections is looking for a creative, motivated individual who enjoys social media and content creation to help manage our online presence.
This is a great opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or someone building their portfolio in marketing, communications, or digital media.
What You’ll Do
- Create and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Edit short videos (Reels, TikToks) from on-site inspection footage
- Suggest fun, engaging content ideas
- Monitor comments and messages and alert office when needed
- Help maintain consistent posting and brand presence
- Tell our inspectors what content to capture on-site
You do not need to be an expert — just creative, organized, and comfortable with social media platforms.
Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn
- Familiar with short-form video editing apps (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Organized and reliable
- Creative thinker with a good sense of humor
- Interested in building real-world marketing experience

Pay
$18–$22 per hour depending on experience
