MedAire, the global leader in aviation and maritime medical and security
assistance, is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support our
Commercial Services team. This role is ideal for a data-driven
professional who enjoys improving processes, building reports, and
supporting global commercial operations.
**What Youll Do**

• Analyze business challenges and identify process bottlenecks.
• Improve workflows and maintain documentation and best practices.
• Build Power BI dashboards and maintain reports and sales records.
• Ensure accurate Salesforce activity updates and CRM compliance.
• Support AI and automation initiatives, including Power Automate.
• Manage the Commercial Services shared mailbox and provide pricing
  

support.

• Review quotes, support price indexation, and assess non-standard
  

requests.

• Partner with regional sales teams to track KPIs and support global
  

projects.
**What You Bring**

• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and Power BI capability.
• Clear communication skills and commercial awareness.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce, AI tools, SQL, DAX, or
  

automation.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Bachelors degree in business, IT, or related field; 2+ years
  

relevant experience.

• English fluency; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to travel periodically for internal meetings.
