Nextsphere Strategic Management Services is looking for a highly creative Video Editor Designer to produce engaging, visually compelling, and brand-aligned video content for our clients. This fully remote role requires a balance of artistic vision and technical expertise, leveraging AI-powered tools to deliver high-quality videos efficiently. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through impactful storytelling and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and design videos that transform client briefs into visually captivating stories.
• Produce UGC-style and branded video content using AI tools combined with your creative skills.
• Conceptualize, script, and produce content for various formats, including social media, product showcases, testimonials, lifestyle clips, and tutorials.
• Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines, creative standards, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the internal team to refine visual direction and improve content quality.
• Stay current with video editing trends, AI innovations, and motion design techniques to continuously enhance output.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and design, with a portfolio highlighting UGC and brand video projects.
• Strong proficiency in AI-powered video and design tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Eleven Labs, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro AI, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut AI, and CutPro.
• Demonstrated ability to combine multiple AI tools seamlessly to deliver professional, polished outputs.
• Solid understanding of motion design, animation principles, and visual storytelling.
• Strong creative judgment with excellent attention to detail in color, pacing, transitions, and composition.
• Flexible, tech-savvy, and collaborative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new creative technologies.

We need to see some sample clips generated through Runway, scenes built through Midjourney, voiceovers made in Eleven Labs, AI motion cleanup, AI rotoscoping, text to video workflows, or AI accelerated editing clearly visible in the project structure

Must be comprehensive portfolio not just one or two samples
