Position: Expert Visual Designer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$115/hour
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, visually polished Excel templates for business users.
• Create planners, dashboards, trackers, budgets, invoices, and project management sheets.
• Focus on strong visual and aesthetic spreadsheet design.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with business users to ensure templates are professional-grade and sellable.
  

Qualifications
Must-Have

• 3–5+ years of full-time professional experience.
• College degree or higher.
• Strong visual/aesthetic design skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel in professional environments.
• Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer.
  

Preferred

• Core design background with exceptional visual spreadsheet design capability.
