Position: Video Producer
Type: Part-time, project-based
Compensation: $45–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 3–5 weeks
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities

• Produce end-to-end video content, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
• Organize and structure footage to deliver clear, narrative-driven videos aligned with project requirements.
• Ensure technical accuracy in lighting, sound, resolution, and overall video quality.
• Follow detailed production guidelines and maintain high visual consistency across materials.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and deliver all content within defined timelines.
  

Qualifications
Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience in professional video production across commercial, educational, or creative settings.
• Mastery of video production tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling ability and experience structuring clear, concise video narratives.
• Excellent attention to detail and technical execution in both filming and editing.
• Ability to work independently and produce polished work on short timelines.
