Purpose of the job
To support the Finance Department in carrying out day-to-day accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and effective coordination with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to support the organisation’s financial controls and reporting requirements.

Purpose of the job
To support the Finance Department in carrying out day-to-day accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and effective coordination with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to support the organisation’s financial controls and reporting requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Management and follow-up of Jira tickets related to Trade-Link deposits Processing and receipting of cheques
- Systematic scanning, filing, and maintenance of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) documentation
- Coordination and follow-ups on HRDC refund claims
- Provide general administrative and operational support .
- Responding to and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Any other cognate duties as assigned by the management.
- ACCA Level 1 or equivalent diploma; good exposure to basic accounting tasks
- At least 1+year of experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role.
- Experience with accounting software and financial management systems.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
