Job Description

Part-Time Graphic Design Intern, ideally a student currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. This individual will assist in creating compelling visual assets that align with Moment Architects’ brand identity and support our marketing and communication efforts across digital and print platforms.

Moment Architects is a team of proactive, goal-oriented architects and designers focused on providing a high level of quality in everything we do through a spirit of humble service. We are looking for a creative, highly motivated individual to join our team, someone eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about communicating ideas through thoughtful design.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to create graphics for our social media, website, proposals, and presentations.
Develop branded materials that reflect Moment Architects’ visual identity and “Sage” brand voice.
Assist in producing layouts, rendering overlays, and diagrams for architectural projects and client deliverables.
Create and organize content for print and digital campaigns, including newsletters and event collateral.
Edit and format photography, short videos, and marketing visuals for consistent quality and tone.
Maintain organized design files and templates for efficient use by the team.
Support the development of visual storytelling and brand consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required; Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus).
Strong eye for layout, typography, and color.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Interest in architecture, design, or branding is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to doing work with purpose.
