About The Role
We are seeking a talented Visual and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating visually compelling designs that enhance our application interface, marketing materials, homepage, and campaigns. Your creative expertise will help communicate our brand's vision and engage our diverse user base. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop engaging graphics for various media channels, including websites, social media, print, and digital advertising. Additionally, you will work with the product development and UX teams to establish style guides and craft modern, appealing interfaces for our web and mobile SaaS applications, as well as our consumer-facing online booking tools. Your responsibilities will include producing high-quality visual designs from concept to execution across multiple devices and resolutions, maintaining a library of design assets, and ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and current web trends. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the visual identity of a rapidly growing platform while working remotely in a flexible, full-time capacity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, preferably within B2B or SaaS environments
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience designing landing pages, homepages, and user interfaces for SaaS applications
  • Deep understanding of design principles, current trends, and web standards
  • Ability to create sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, prototypes, and redline documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, conceptual thinking, and a keen eye for typography and visual details
  • Experience with motion graphics is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop engaging, on-brand graphics for websites, social media, print, and digital campaigns
  • Partner with product and UX teams to establish style guides and create modern, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets from initial concept through final implementation across multiple devices and resolutions
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of design assets, templates, and style guides for consistent use across platforms
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and reflect current web and design trends
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual storytelling and user engagement
  • Support motion graphics projects to enhance visual communication when needed
