Nature's Blooms is a fast-growing wellness brand inspired by African herbal wisdom and modern science. Our flagship product, Soursop Bitters, has taken TikTok Shop by storm and now we're building our in-house creator team to take things to the next level.

We believe in the transformative power of nature, and we're looking for someone who can tell that story through authentic, engaging, and entertaining videos that convert.

The Role

We're looking for a Content Creator & Live Host who's as comfortable in front of the camera as they are behind it. You'll be creating and going live around our herbal products .. filming within our Bronx warehouse/manufacturing facility.

You'll become the face of our brand's TikTok presence: building awareness, driving sales, and creating content that feels genuine and fun while staying true to our brand values.

What You'll Do

Host TikTok LIVE sessions to engage viewers, answer product questions, and drive real-time sales.
Create short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) featuring our products, manufacturing process, and health benefits.
Collaborate with our marketing and creator partnerships team to plan weekly content calendars and campaigns.
Film on-site at our Bronx warehouse/manufacturing studio ... showing behind-the-scenes moments, product prep, and authentic content.
Stay on top of trends and adapt viral sounds, styles, and storytelling to fit Nature's Blooms' brand.
Track performance metrics (views, conversions, engagement) to refine what works.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience creating TikTok or Reels content (please include your username or portfolio).
Strong on-camera presence — confident, charismatic, and authentic.
Experience hosting lives or selling on TikTok Shop a huge plus.
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
Passion for wellness, herbal remedies, or natural living preferred.
Must be reliable, creative, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
