Position 1 : Cloud/Automation Engineer (Google Cloud)

Location: Hartford, CT (WFH till Jan 2022 )if remote East Coast

Duration : 12 months+

At least 5 years of experience of Cloud infrastructure and platforms.

Experience with GCP within the last 2 years

Ideally focused on, GCP Compute, VPC, Networks, IAM Roles, Service Accounts, Cloud Operations / Cloud Stack, Dataproc, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, GKE, Google Cloud SDK, Automation, Disaster Recovery

At least 3 years of experience in a 247 high-availability production environment

At least 2 years of experience with containerization tools & services: Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes

At least 3 years of experience with cloud databases: Datastore, Cloud Bigtable, Mongodb, Cloud SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Postgres

At least 3 years of experience Automation: Terraform, Ansible Tower, Ansible , Salt, Google Deployment Manager

At least 2 years leveraging Terraform for automation of cloud infrastructure and platform services in public cloud environments.

Terraform scripting, providers, module development, state-file management.

Nice to have in managing code versioning, repositories, and promotion in Git / GitHub

Nice to have 1 year of experience with Hadoop (HDP, CDP, EMR, Dataproc, HDInsight's)

Nice to have 1 year of experience with Cloud IAM Security Roles

Nice to have 1 year of experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git and additional DevOps Technologies.

Nice to have Languages: Python, Java

Position 2 : DevOps Engineer (Google Cloud)

Location: Hartford, CT (WFH till Jan 2022 )if remote East Coast

Duration : 12 months+

At least 5 years of experience of Cloud computing experience.

Experience with GCP within the last 2 years

o Compute, VPC, Networks, IAM Roles, Service Accounts, Dataproc, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Google Kubernetes Engine, Google Cloud SDK, Automation, Disaster Recovery

At least 3 years leveraging Terraform for automation of cloud infrastructure and platform services in public cloud environments.

Terraform scripting, providers, module development, state-file management.

Experience with Hadoop HDP components such as

Hive

Spark

Tez

HDFS

Strong understanding of the Kubernetes Architecture and containerization of applications for microservices

Strong experience with Linux Operating System, various distributions, command line,

Nice to have experience with databases such as SQL, NoSQL, MySQL, crateDB, Elasticsearch, etc..

Knowledge of scripting languages (bash, python, Java, and GoLang experience preferred)

Experience preferred

Salt (automation)

Ansible / Ansible Tower
